Job Description
Manage all aspects of marketing and sales for commercial properties and residential properties. Designing custom real estate business plans that fit clients' needs. Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet tenants' required standards. Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants. Negotiate lease and contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner. Advertising and marketing vacant spaces to attract permanent tenants.
Job Requirements
Obtain a bachelor's degree in marketing. Having a valid license to practice the profession of real estate broker. Practical experience as a real estate marketing manager or working in the real estate field.
