Job Description
Determine clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose solutions that suit them Intermediate negotiation processes, consulting with clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings Conduct a comparative market analysis to estimate the value of real estate Display and market real estate to potential buyers Preparing the necessary papers (contracts, leases, deeds, final statements, etc.) Manage property auctions or exchanges Maintain and update lists of available properties Collaborate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors Develop networks and collaborate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors Promote sales through advertising, open houses and listing services Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Job Requirements
Proven work experience as a real estate agent or real estate sales representative Proven track record of successful sales Ability to work independently along with excellent interpersonal skills Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills Nice and trustworthy Real estate agent or broker license
