Darah wins the auction of Hittin palaces in Riyadh

Al-Darah Real Estate Development Company won the elite auction, "Hittin Palaces" in the auction on a plot of land owned by the Saudi Oger Company, which is owned by the heirs of the late Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, in the Hittin neighborhood, northwest of Riyadh, to pay off the heirs' debts

The auction resulted in the sale of the plot of land, which had an area of 484.9 thousand square meters, at a price of 2010 riyals per square meter, with a total value of 1.051 billion riyals (the dollar equals 3.75 riyals), while the value of the land was estimated at 1.023 billion riyals, including real estate transactions.

Majid Al-Jomaih, CEO of Al-Dara Real Estate Development Company, stated that the city of Riyadh is looking forward to a prosperous development future, and is preparing to surpass many international capitals in terms of quality of life, after completing the implementation of its four major projects, and many other development projects, which enhance its position as a quality destination for investment, and make it One of the best cities in the world.
